Pathological Audit
The owner commissioned us to conduct a pathological audit of the facades of the residential building. The client’s request was driven by the appearance of cracks that could compromise the building's durability and the safety of its occupants.
Structural Diagnosis
The objectives of the mission are to locate and identify the load-bearing structures, conduct a detailed survey of the structural elements, and perform destructive testing to define the mechanical and geometric characteristics of the structures across all buildings.

The objectives of the mission are to determine the construction principles, and to conduct structural reconnaissance and dimensional surveys of the existing structures.
Pathological Audit
To ensure the durability and safety of a residential building complex, a client commissioned us to conduct a pathological audit of the facades. The client's request was driven by the appearance of cracks that could compromise the long-term stability of the complex and the safety of its occupants.
The pathological audit of the facades was conducted on-site in two main stages. First, we performed a detailed visual inspection of all the facades, leveraging our expertise to identify even the smallest cracks and other potential issues. Next, we identified and documented all the problems, pathologies, and anomalies encountered, with a particular focus on their impact on the structural integrity and safety of the building.
A comprehensive study report was prepared, including a summary of the findings, a detailed photographic report with descriptions, and necessary and/or preventive recommendations.
Our pathological audit reports are distinguished by a detailed and prioritized list of maintenance recommendations, which, based on our expertise, will ensure the long-term durability and safety of the building complex.
Structural Diagnosis & Structural recognition
The client commissioned us to conduct a structural diagnosis of several office buildings. The objectives of the mission are to locate and identify the load-bearing structures, perform a detailed survey of the structural elements, and carry out destructive testing to determine the mechanical and geometric characteristics of the building structures.
The structural diagnosis was conducted in two stages. First, we performed the following inspections:
- Detailed visual inspection of the structural elements,
- Dimensional surveys of the structures,
- On-site testing and inspections.
Next, we performed both destructive and non-destructive on-site tests:
- Using Ground Penetrating Radar: Identification of reinforcements and floor thicknesses in reinforced concrete elements.
- Using the Sclerometer: Conducting tests to determine the compressive strength of the concrete.
- Sample collection for analysis and mechanical and physicochemical testing in the laboratory.
